독일 전시사진 (2011년)

한지 전도사 박철 작가 독일에 한국을 알리다

2011년 1월, 처음으로 독일에 선보인 그의 작품이, 한국에 관한 지대한 관심으로 지금까지도 이어지고 있다.

현대미술에 관심이 많은 독일인들은, 미술작품을 보는 눈이 까다롭기로 정평이 나있다.

특히, 미술작품에 쓰인 재료에 관심이 주목된 이유는, 색다른 재료로 세계의 이목을 받은 독일작가들의 영향일지도 모른다. 그것은 또한 독일인의 자존심이기도 하다.

일찍이 유럽에서도, 종이를 이용하여 실현한 미술 작품들이 많았지만, 박철 작가의 작품에는 뭔가 새로운 것이 있다. 제작과정의 자세한 설명을 다 듣고 작품을 봐도, 결과적으로 나온 작품의 색감, 질감, 완성도에 다시 한번 재료를 의심하게 되고, 또 그 작품성에 찬사를 보내게 되는 것이다..

2011년, 2012년 년이어 Intenationale Ausstellung in Burgkalteneck 전시회에 전시된 그의 모든 작품은, 앞으로 한 독일 ECP GmbH (회사 소장의 작품들을 한곳에 전시하는 것이 아니고, 지역을 바꾸어가며, 계속 로테이션 되는 시스템의 신 겔러리 방식을 시도하는 회사)가 주최하는 전시회에 의해, 독일 회사의 소장품으로 유럽 전 지역에 전시될 예정이다.

현재 전시되고 있는 슈트트가르트 지역에서 벗어나, 2013년 바덴바덴 박물관을 출발점으로 박물관 위주로 전시될 예정이며, 그로 인해 독일내의 한국인의 위상과 우리 전통 한지의 숨겨져 있는, 대한민국의 역사까지도 알려지게 될 것이다.

앞으로 박철 작가의 작품들은, 독일인들에게 호평 받고 있는 폴란드 작가 Woytek 등의 유럽 유명 작가들의 작품과 함께, 유럽 각 지역에서 꾸준히 전시 되어 질 예정이다.

Artist Park Chul, Korean Hanji(Korean paper) announces to Germany

In January 2011, he was first introduced his work in Germany, in his work and Korean culture aspect continues to be a great interest in. Many Germans, who are interested in contemporary arts, they have a reputation for being very demanding contemporary arts.  In particular, the reason why I was interested in the materials used in the works of art, which is may be the influence of German artists who have attracted the attention of the world with unusual materials. It is also the pride of the Germans. Early in Europe, in there were a lot of artist worked with the papers. Nevertheless, there is something new in the works of Park Chul artist works. To listened and carefully looked at the piece of work that to the detailed description of the production process. Then again the material comes to question the color, texture and completeness of the resulting work. After that, we praise his work.

All his works, which were exhibited in 2011 and 2012 at the Intenationale Ausstellung in Burgkalteneck exhibition, furthermore, a German company, ECP GmbH (a company that does not display the works of the company's director in one place but changes the area and tries a new gallery method of continuously rotating system) will have an exhibition to be continued.
 
It will be exhibited mainly in the museum starting from the Baden-Baden Museum in 2013, away from the present Stuttgart area ,then after, the status of Koreans in Germany and the history of Korea, which is hidden in our traditional Hanji, will be known.
 
In the future, the works of artist Park Chul will continue to be exhibited in various parts of Europe, as long as with his works by famous European artists such as Woytek, a Polish artist who is well received by Germans.
